Tudor Oysterdate Chrono Homeplate Ref 7031/7032 from 1970!

For sale this fantastic Tudor Oysterdate Chronograph Ref 7031 with a steel bezel which is normally linked to ref 7032. I have both bezels but I actually like it more with this steel bezel.

The watch comes with original Tudor box, blank papers, Tudor document wallet and translation.

Condition.

The watch shows normal wear marks. I have to say the case is quite strong, with sharp bevels. There are some marks on top lugs (at 10hr and 2hr). The pusher at 2hr is more worn than the one at 4hr.

The hands have strong patina, which is also present on the hour markers. There is some tritium missing on marker 4 with some partial missing spots on the rest of the markers. Refer to the pictures.

The dial has a light stain at the left of the center. It makes the grey part looks a bit lighter. There are some spots here and there on the dial, it is not perfect. It has character. I haven’t tried to clean it, I would not advise to do so. There are plenty of pictures, please ase if you need more.

The bracelet is market 70 on the clasp, so it’s original to the watch. Some links have certain indents which are hardly noticeable in pictures.
